One of our original clients that we have had the pleasure of working closely with over the last 3 years.
Our journey with Gigi’s started off with a revamp! It was decided that 2020 was the year to make some changes to their aesthetic, so they closed up shop for a renovation. Unfortunately, a pandemic wasn’t quite accounted for, but we didn’t let that stop us!!
This gave us the opportunity to create Gigi’s Delivered. This not only delighted the regulars of the restaurant, but we managed to introduce some new customers to the wonders of this delicious Italian in Bonnyrigg, leaving them in high anticipation for the restaurant’s re-opening.
This soon became a hot topic not only in Bonnyrigg, but in Edinburgh too – where our carefully designed window decals created a buzz about town!
Once restrictions lessened, Gigi’s was ready to re-open their doors (despite being for only a short while) and the response was immense. Gigi’s was reborn with a bang! Despite the constant open and closing of the doors due to changing guidelines, we were there to support Gigi’s with their various at home campaigns – from takeaway cocktails to their special Valentine’s takeaway boxes. Finally, we were able to keep the doors of Gigi’s open, just in time for their 10 year anniversary.
From photoshoots to video promotion, menu and gift voucher design and the creation of a user-friendly website, we have been at the forefront of Gigi’s marketing. We took their online presence from a couple of hundred of local followers to more than 7,000 followers throughout Edinburgh and Midlothian by consistent organic growth – we don’t buy followers here at MB!
It truly has been a pleasure to be side by side with Gigi’s on their incredible journey and we look forward to seeing what 2023 has to bring them.
