The team at MB and Gusto Italian have been in partnership since October 2022. The restaurant brand tasked us with creating and managing the digital strategy for its 15 restaurants across the UK.
We had to create a tone of voice and content that would connect and resonate with Gusto’s customers.
MB has since been managing all of Gusto Italian’s social media sites and we have created marketing campaigns that have made a tangible difference. Instagram has seen an increase of around 3000 followers, with engagement up by 80%. The addition of Facebook ads and email campaigns led to the restaurant enjoying a record-breaking Black Friday, across all 15 sites.
MB is also responsible for photography and video content for Gusto and this was demonstrated when the MB team went to Oxford for the opening of their latest restaurant. We were there to capture every moment of this glitzy and glamorous occasion, from the VIP guests arriving to the cocktails being poured and of course, the star of the show – the restaurant itself!
