Working with MNM Developments remains one of our proudest moments to date.  Following our initial meeting, it was clear that MNM were seeking out a one-stop solution for all their marketing needs.

Having worked with various different suppliers in the past, Michaela Teague (Director of MNM Developments) wanted to partner with an agency that effectively worked as an extension to MNM’s business. Michaela needed a dedicated, hands-on marketing team who were able to offer a range of services as opposed to relying on various different agencies for certain aspects. This in turn streamlined workflow and brought back costs into the business. 

It also allowed for a working relationship and reliability to quickly form.  It was agreed from the offset that the partnership would be inclusive of social media management, brand design, portfolio photography, website re-build and management with the creation of floor plans brought to life from architectural drawings.  The task was grasped with both hands, this was an exciting new chapter for MB to nurture the MNM brand.
Over the last few years, MNM have become known as one of Scotland’s most reputable house builders, winning and finalising in many awards along the way. It was therefore imperative that the brand’s reputation remained at the forefront of our minds and the work we delivered was a step ahead of any marketing previously carried out on their behalf. The first stage of our partnership would be to increase engagement through social channels. It was important for us to create content that echoed the vision of Michaela and brothers Marc and Nathan, which as a collective, they have worked tirelessly to achieve.
Over the course of our partnership, MB delivered the build of a user-friendly website detailed with information on the developments themselves, individual plots, and nearby amenities. The website would list both current and previous developments. The design provided a platform for the end-user to view MNM as a whole and in turn, allowed MNM to showcase their end product leading to reservations and ultimately, sales.   The way in which the website is mapped out, shines a light upon the quality of the product on offer by MNM and which we felt the brand fully deserved. Once the website was signed off and launched, the team’s focus realigned to the need for a brochure, that could be both printed and downloaded online. Again, the design and content team worked closely alongside the Teague family to ensure every detailed was captured and showcased to its full potential.
The next stage of our partnership brought us to the need for signage at the Showroom for The Market, Bonnyrigg and exterior rendering for MNM’s exciting new development, coming soon, to West Bowling Green Street – The Tayworks.  Our team worked tirelessly to ensure design and print was of the highest quality as stretching CGI images to such mass can cause pixilation, which we obviously didn’t want.  The signage was installed and both The Market and The Tayworks turned out to be a fantastic advertising channel for MNM on what are two very busy roads in and on the outskirts of Edinburgh.
Our working relationship with MNM Developments has provided an opportunity for our team to work on larger, bespoke jobs which we don’t tend to come across every day.  It’s an exciting and innovative time when your ideas become a product for all to see behind the name of a reputable family run business.  We take great pride in talking about the work we have carried out for MNM, it’s been our pleasure to provide dedicated marketing and brand assistance to the Teague family.
